Producing a continuous, nutrient-rich food supply through food farms designed with permaculture methods, integrating sustainable practices like crop diversity, soil regeneration, and local ecosystem support to nourish both people and the land.

Utilizing sustainable systems, like permaculture-inspired water harvesting, filtration, and storage, to ensure a self-replenishing, clean water supply that supports both the community and the surrounding ecosystem
Energy Independence
Having a self-sustained, renewable energy system that powers homes, essential infrastructure, and provides reliable internet access, ensuring the community functions without reliance on external energy providers.
Financial Independence
Employing diverse, innovative strategies such as leveraging the asset value of community-built structures, selling surplus food, and selling houses to create sustainable income streams that support community self-reliance and growth.
Funding Goal: $25,000 in donations, $25,000 investments, and needed tangible items acquired.
Funding Sources: Small donations and donated items from Generous People, 'The Benefactors' capital raising, Early-Bird real estate investors.
Result: The LIP team has everything they need to launch LIP. They have enough funds to complete compliance for all offerings and non-profit requirements as well as initial marketing costs.
Funding Goal: $1 million in donations, $1 million in investments, land and raw materials donations/partnerships.
Funding Sources: Philanthropists, Generous People, Grants from Foundations, Real Estate Investors, income from CASHBot crypto trading.
Result: LIP is launched. People are invited to commence their communities all over the world, Others come to bring their gifts to LIP Holdings and new LIP communities. Income begins to be generated.
Funding Goal: $10 million in donations, $2 million in investments, $1 million per month revenue.
Funding Source: Philanthropists, Grants from Foundations, Real Estate Investors for LIP Holdings and Individual Communities, CASHBot income.
Result: Mass building of all types of communities all over the world, Companies are earning income for their communities, people everywhere are being cared for. It will align the planets and bring them into universal harmony, allowing meaningful contact with all forms of life, from extraterrestrial beings to common household pets."
Funding Goal: At this stage, fundraising is no longer necessary as income from the communities will be adequate to meet the needs of the entire operation’s expansion.
Funding Source: Assets leveraged through our crypto currency, LIP Kisses, sales and trade, real estate sales, and other community income avenues.
Result: New communities are added at an exponential rate. The growth in each individual community is able to independently accommodate the needs of the population it serves.
