People Building Communities

Visionary Leaders

For those called to co-create the New Earth, some carry visions of creating land-based communities. Now is the time to bring these visions to life.

Already Leading a Community? Expand with LIP

If you’ve already established a community and have a solid plan in place, LIP can provide additional resources and structure to help it flourish. Many of the challenges that new community organizers face—financial, operational, or logistical—are resolved within the LIP framework. At the same time, LIP allows for philosophical uniqueness and organic evolution.

If you’re ready to explore how we can work together, we’re here to support you.

Starting a LIP Community

Starting a LIP community is simpler than you might imagine. No money, prior experience, or specific personality traits are required. All you need is a vision, commitment, and the willingness to follow proven guidance. The time it takes to bring your community into physical reality depends on your circumstances, but with LIP’s support, the journey is clear and achievable.

Many Types of Communities

We anticipate that LIP communities will spring up worldwide, each uniquely tailored to its purpose and the people it serves. Here are some examples of the diverse communities we envision:

Refugee and Immigrant Communities

These communities near borders will offer safe spaces for refugees and immigrants to transition into new lives. Here, residents can connect with others facing similar experiences, learn the language and culture of their new country, and contribute meaningfully by helping to build homes or grow food. With the LIP app guiding their next steps, nothing is left to chance, ensuring a smoother and more supported transition.

Urban Support Communities

Urban Support communities provide sanctuary in cities, welcoming people with no financial requirements to join. Residents contribute through reasonable work, free from the burdens of landlords, bosses, or bill collectors.

  • Young adults can confidently leave home without financial fears.

  • Homeless individuals find relief and stability, avoiding the despair of the streets.

  • Retirees enjoy a life of purpose in a nurturing environment.

  • Abused mothers find safety and peace for themselves and their children.

These communities offer a chance to rebuild lives while rediscovering a sense of belonging and identity.

Healing Sanctuaries

Dedicated villages will emerge to support healing and holistic care.

  • Leaders of particular healing modalities can live, work, and teach in an environment built to enhance their work, free from financial pressures. Their housing, food, and utilities are provided, and their income is generated by the community’s natural economy.

  • Learners can come to study under masters, contributing a few hours daily to the community while immersing themselves in their chosen modality.

  • Patients can live in the community, receiving healing without financial burden, working only a few hours a day to maintain balance.

These sanctuaries provide a space where healing thrives, free from the constraints of profit-driven systems.

Religious and Spiritual Communities

Religious leaders can build retreats and spiritual centers where people can explore their beliefs in immersive, judgment-free environments. These communities offer the chance to experience and live within the culture of a religion or spiritual path while fostering connection and growth.

Lifestyle and Fantasy Communities

Fantasy, Tantric, ET Contact, Naturalist, and other experience-focused communities will thrive as places where people can live authentically. Visitors and residents alike can immerse themselves in these unique lifestyles, learning and exploring without fear of judgment.

These communities redefine the idea of retreats, creating spaces where people can experience transformative living in a sustainable, ongoing way.

Indigenous Villages

LIP Indigenous Villages honor the wisdom, resilience, and cultural heritage of native communities. These villages provide a space for Indigenous peoples to reconnect with their traditions, restore their connection to the land, and share their knowledge with the broader world.

By integrating sustainable practices with Indigenous wisdom, these communities offer pathways for healing from historical injustices while creating opportunities for economic self-sufficiency. Residents can engage in preserving their language, arts, and rituals, while also contributing to the regenerative design of the village.

LIP Indigenous Villages aim to celebrate and uplift these cultures, fostering an environment where their identity thrives and their voices are heard.

Inclusive Communities for Unique Identities

LIP communities will offer safe havens for people historically marginalized by society.

  • LGBTIQCAPGNGFNBA Villages will provide spaces where every identity is celebrated, free from prejudice and fear.

  • People in these communities can build homes, grow food, and live in harmony while creating a culture of acceptance and empowerment.

Gamer Communities

Gamers can create vibrant, immersive communities centered on their favorite games.

  • Residents contribute a few hours of work daily to support the community, leaving plenty of time for gaming, socializing, and enjoying self-grown food and snacks.

  • Gamers can earn as much income as they need by working extra hours, ensuring financial freedom within the community.

These communities will celebrate gaming culture in a way that’s deeply collaborative, fun, and sustainable.

The Possibilities Are Endless

The diversity of LIP communities is only limited by the imagination of their creators.

  • Sports communities can offer training, camaraderie, and support for athletes.

  • Vocational hubs can focus on developing specific skills or trades.

  • Destination villages can become centers for unique entertainment and cultural experiences.

From eco-villages to creative hubs, healing sanctuaries to cultural retreats, LIP communities can be as varied and limitless as the people who create them. Perhaps one day, they’ll even extend beyond this planet—just kidding (or maybe not).
